1. About these terms

These Ticket Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for South Lakes Live Festival.By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

2. Tickets

All tickets are sold subject to availability.A ticket is valid only for the date or dates shown on it and must be purchased through an authorised seller.We reserve the right to refuse entry if a ticket is invalid, damaged, copied, resold in breach of these terms, or if we reasonably believe it has been obtained fraudulently.

3. Admission

Entry is subject to these terms and any safety, security and welfare requirements in place at the event.All attendees must follow instructions from festival staff, stewards and security.We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone from the site whose behaviour may pose a risk to the safety, security or enjoyment of others.

4. Age restrictions and responsibility

Anyone under 16 must attend with a responsible adult aged 18 or over and must remain under their supervision at all times.Attendees aged 16 or 17 may attend unaccompanied, although parental or guardian consent is strongly recommended.

5. Ticket sales and resale

Tickets must not be resold for profit or transferred in a way that breaches these terms.Any ticket that is resold or advertised for resale in breach of these terms may be cancelled without refund.

6. Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law. This means we do not offer refunds if: you can no longer attend, you change your mind, bad weather occurs, unless the event is cancelled and does not go ahead. However, if the Festival is cancelled, moved to another date, or significantly changed, refunds or alternative arrangements will be handled in line with your legal rights and the terms of the authorised ticket seller. Booking fees and any delivery or transaction charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise by the ticket seller.

7. Changes to the event

We may need to make changes to the Festival, including line-up, performance times, programme, attractions, location of stages, facilities or other event details.Such changes do not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund.

8. Cancellation, postponement or rescheduling

If the Festival is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, we will provide further information as soon as reasonably possible through our website or authorised ticketing partner.Any refunds or ticket transfers will be managed in accordance with applicable law and the ticket seller’s terms.

9. Safety and security

For safety reasons, all attendees and their belongings may be subject to searches on entry or during the event.Anyone refusing a search may be refused entry or removed from the site.Prohibited items may be confiscated.

10. Personal property

Attendees bring personal belongings to the Festival at their own risk. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where caused by our negligence and where liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. Photography and filming

The Festival is a public event and photography and filming may take place on site.By attending, you understand that you may appear in photographs, film or live/event coverage used for promotional, editorial or archival purposes.

12. Behaviour

Attendees must behave respectfully towards other festivalgoers, staff, volunteers, performers and the local community.We may remove anyone involved in unsafe, abusive, violent or illegal behaviour.

13. Dogs

Dogs are not permitted on the Festival site, with the exception of registered guide dogs and assistance dogs.

14. Accessibility

15. Lost property

Lost property handed in at bars or public areas on site will be held for a reasonable period after the Festival.If you believe you have lost an item, please contact: info@southlakeslive.com

16. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.Otherwise, our liability to ticket holders is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
